Balboa Park Kit Launch
San Diego Wave FC partnered with Skylark to transform Balboa Park into the launch stage for the club’s 2026 kit reveal.
We produced a large-scale outdoor fan experience at Plaza de Panama, combining a merchandise shopping experience, player appearances, interactive activations, sponsor integrations, and live programming to bring the Balboa Park-inspired kit story to life.
Skylark oversaw city permitting, production, vendor management, and event execution across all touchpoints, helping create a high-energy launch that blended culture, community, and commerce in one of San Diego’s most iconic public spaces.
